Uber Driver Kidnaps 15-Year-Old Girl, Plans Sexual Assault Before Girl Manages to Escape

Mineola, NY—An Uber driver named Sean Williams is under arrest for kidnapping a passenger, an unidentified 15-year-old girl.

The girl was on her way home from a “Sweet Sixteen” Birthday party for a friend, and was supposed to be taken from Long Beach, NY to Merrick, NY.

The trip would normally take about 25 minutes.

But Sean Williams, 32, saw the defenseless young girl get into his car and decided that he wasn’t going to take her to her destination.

Instead he took her on a detour to Brooklyn, where he lived.

The trip to Brooklyn from Long Beach is over two hours by car.

William’s plan was to give the child alcohol, and then sexually assault her while she was impaired.

The girl was terrified in the backseat of the car and couldn’t call anyone for help because the driver would have realized she was on to him.

She thought of a way to convince the driver to stop the car: she told him she had to use the restroom.

When he pulled over, she ran out of the car and into a nearby McDonalds, where she was able to call police.

Sean Williams has been charged with multiple crimes including kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child, and kidnapping as a motivated felony.

The local District Attorney, Madeline Singas commented on the case:

“The family of a 15-year old girl relied on a car service to get their daughter home safely after she attended a Sweet Sixteen party, but the defendant allegedly kidnapped her and wanted to sexually assault her after giving her alcohol.”

These sorts of monsters and creeps are getting more and more common.

Our culture used to protect little children, and thugs like this were few and far between.

Talk to your kids about what to do if this sort of thing happens to them.

Tell them that ‘just do what they say so they don’t hurt you’ is not good advice.

Fight them, be loud, make yourself a difficult target, and always be looking for a window of opportunity.

This girl saved herself from a nightmare of an outcome.
