South Fulton, Georgia – The homeowner shot and killed a thug that had broken and entered his Fulton County home.
The man woke up around 2:30 AM to the sound of a window being smashed and his dog barking.
He immediately grabbed his gun, as a law-abiding gun owner should in the face of a threat.
The AJC quoted Fulton Police spokesman Lt. Derrick Rogers saying, “As he approached the area, he encountered a subject in his home. Gunshots rang out between the homeowner and the subject. At this time, the subject is deceased on scene.”
With bullets flying in both directions, the responsible gun owner neutralized the thug.
The man defended his home and his own life, living to see another day with no injuries.
