Breaking News: Kavanaugh Voted Out of Senate Judiciary Committee, Flake Still Flaky

Washington, DC — Moments ago, President Donald J. Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was voted successfully out of the United State Senate Judiciary Committee.

But in a last-second turn of events, Arizona RINO Senator Jeff Flake worked to cut a deal with Democrats demanding a new FBI investigation and a one week delay to the vote.

Flaky Flake’s last-second betrayal could ultimately sink Kavanaugh’s nomination if he drags along Senators Collins and Murkowski to vote no.

After yesterday’s marathon committee hearing which saw Brett Kavanaugh forcefully deny allegations of sexual assault from 36 years ago by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the final committee vote fell along party lines, with every Republican voting for Kavanaugh and every Democrat voting against.

Before yesterday’s hearing, President Donald J. Trump called the hearing a “con-job”, as Democrats and the fake news media did everything in their power — including destroying the good name, character, and family of Brett Kavanaugh.

Democrats were riding high after Dr. Ford testified, proclaiming she was credible and compelling, though viewers with an actual brain and ability to discern fake from real, could see she was putting on, egged on by left-wing, anti-gun Democrats and Soros-funded lawyers.

Now that Judge Kavanaugh has been voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee, his nomination now moves on to the floor of the Senate, where a midday procedural vote has been scheduled tomorrow.

If he passes with a majority vote tomorrow, there will then be 30 Senate hours for consideration, and with a final vote on Tuesday.

If successful, he will be seated on the Supreme Court as early as Wednesday morning.

The highlight of yesterday’s hearing was long-time “RINO” Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

While he’s drawn the ire of conservatives for many years, he stepped up to the plate big league yesterday, attacking Democrats on the committee in a speech that many have called his best ever.

Calling the whole ordeal a “charade”, Graham ripped the Democrats apart for nearly five minutes, defending the character of Judge Kavanaugh, and referring to the hearing and smear campaign of the left as the most despicable thing he has ever seen in politics.

Graham said Democrats knew about Ford’s allegations against Kavanaugh but didn’t move on them.

“I hope that the American people will see through this charade,” Graham said. He told Kavanaugh, “I wish you well, and I intend to vote for you.”
