Castle Rock, Colorado — Yesterday we brought you the story of Weld County, Colorado Sheriff Steve Reams standing up for Second Amendment rights by refusing to to enforce dangerous “Red Flag Gun Seizure” legislation pending in the Colorado legislature.
He even said he’d go to jail if ordered by a judge to enforce these draconian laws.

Today we bring you the story of a traitor, Douglas County Republican Sheriff Tony Spurlock, who is pushing hard for “Red Flag Gun Seizures”.
In fact, here’s video of him just four days ago encouraging passage of the bill in Colorado.

Spurlock’s stance puts him at odds with the Douglas County, Colorado county commissioners.
In fact, on March 12 of this year, they passed a resolution declaring their county a “pro-Constitution” county, rejecting the enforcement of “Red Flag Gun Seizures” in their county.
Spurlock’s in your face stance on this issue should alarm Second Amendment supporters not only in that county, in that state, but across the country.
A sheriff supporting the denial of due process in any situation is wrong, whether they are a Democrat or a Republican.
Here’s hoping Spurlock gets what he deserves at the polls next time around — thrown out of office.
