(Olive Branch, MI) – After witnessing the brutal murder of his uncle at the hands of armed robbers who burst into his home in a 2:00am attack, 58-yr-old Courtney Mosley took action.
“They just killed my uncle in front of me. They’re in my house,” Mosley said. “Not only in my house, but where I lay my head.”
DeSoto County investigators said that after seeing the robbers murder his uncle, Mosley grabbed his girlfriend’s pistol and shot two of the suspects — killing one and wounding the other.
Witnesses stated the other suspect fled the scene. Authorities have not commented on a motive for the attack.
